First off, I'm a fanatic about researching products before purchasing and definitely diligent in investigating a business before I enter into a contractual agreement. In other words, I do my homework. I did reach out to several other insulation companies but settled on Broward Ins & A/C to do the job. The quote was competitive, and Jeremiah responded to my inquiries right away. I was equally pleased with the team that came out to spray our home. We have a teeny attic filled with trusses and duct work so it was not easy for them to maneuver around up there, but in spite of this they got the spray where we needed it, even the tightest of spaces. Are rebates and financing available?
Yes. Florida Power & Light (FPL) offers a $220 instant rebate on qualifying ceiling insulation upgrades — deducted directly from your invoice, not mailed weeks later. To qualify, your home must have an existing R-value below R-8 and whole-house central electric AC. We confirm your eligibility at no cost during the estimate. Homeowners can also combine this rebate with the federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (30% of project cost, up to $1,200 per year through 2032).
