When you request an estimate through our website or by phone, we collect the contact and project details you provide: name, email, phone, property address, project type, files you upload, and any notes. When you browse the site, our server records standard log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and we use Google Analytics with anonymized IP to understand site traffic.
How We Use It
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and complete work, send you the estimate, invoice, and warranty documentation, and contact you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who We Share With
Limited to our crew and office staff; payment processors if you choose to pay online; and government agencies when required (permitting, FPL rebate filings you authorize, tax reporting).
