How soon can you schedule my estimate/installation?
We respond to all estimate requests within one business hour during business hours. For most homes in Broward County, we schedule estimates within 2–3 business days and complete installation within 1–2 weeks of approval. Same-week installs are available for smaller residential jobs.

And as an FPL-approved Participating Independent Contractor, we handle the $220 FPL rebate paperwork for qualifying attic upgrades — saving you time and money at closing.
Are rebates and financing available?
Yes. Florida Power & Light (FPL) offers a $220 instant rebate on qualifying ceiling insulation upgrades — deducted directly from your invoice, not mailed weeks later. To qualify, your home must have an existing R-value below R-8 and whole-house central electric AC. We confirm your eligibility at no cost during the estimate. Homeowners can also combine this rebate with the federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (30% of project cost, up to $1,200 per year through 2032).
